1. Delivery / Shipping Policy

We extend our delivery services globally.Upon dispatch, a tracking number will be promptly provided for your order.Shipping costs, contingent upon the destination zone, quantity and weight, will be transparently communicated during the checkout process before payment. In certain jurisdictions, customers may be obligated to settle customs duties, an expense distinct from the listed sale price and the responsibility of the customer.

2. Return & Exchange Policy

2.  Garments eligible for exchange or return must retain their unworn, original condition, with all tags intact.
3.   Customers opting for exchanges are responsible for covering associated delivery fees for pickup and redelivery.
4.   Customized sizes or lengths, unfortunately, are non-exchangeable or refundable.
5.   Sale items are not eligible for refunds; however, a credit note, valid for one year, will be issued.
6.   In cases of incorrect or damaged items, Azzalia assumes responsibility for exchanges or returns, provided notification occurs within 24 hours of delivery, accompanied by a photographic record.

3. Payment Options

For secure transactions, our preferred method is credit card. We accept Telr, Paypal, Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, and Tabby (installment plan). Orders placed via WhatsApp and Instagram will be processed post full payment.

4. Cancellation Policy

Customers desiring to cancel orders must communicate in writing or via WhatsApp within 12 hours of placement. It’s crucial to note that customized sizes cannot be canceled post-confirmation.

6. Force Majeure

In unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters or governmental actions, Azzalia may experience delivery delays. While we endeavor to minimize disruptions, please understand that such events may impact expected delivery times. Azzalia cannot be held responsible for circumstances beyond our control. 7. Terms Acceptance

By making a purchase through our website, Instagram, or WhatsApp, customers automatically accept and agree to these terms and conditions.

8. Black Friday Terms & Conditions

Delivery time for products not in stock will be 2 weeks to allow for production time.
No returns or refunds, with exchanges allowed within 3 days, limited to size adjustments.
Altered pieces post-delivery incur a charge of 50 AED, along with a delivery pickup and return fee of 50 AED, excluding tax.
