Delivery / Shipping Policy

  • We offer delivery to all countries via Aramex.Once the items are dispatched, you will receive a unique tracking number for your order that you can use to check status online.

  • The prices of shipping for each country or location varies based on the quantity ordered, the delivery address and type of shipping (air, land, urgent, priority, overnight). Cost will be clearly informed to you during your checkout process prior to payment.

  • In some countries, you may be required to pay any country-specific customs duties on items. This cost is not included in the sale price and should be paid by the customer on delivery.

  • Delivery within the United Arab Emirates (UAE) is free of charge on all orders.

  • Cash on delivery (COD) is not available, we only accept credit cards and online payment. Our preferred payment method is via a secure credit card transaction that uses a PCI Compliant payment gateway, encrypted to the highest standard. No credit card details are stored on our servers.

  • Please see below the delivery time, if product is not available 3 weeks of production will be required.

UAE (Dubai, Ajman, Sharjah)

Delivery time: 1 to 2 business days

Rest of the UAE (Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Fujairah, Ras Al Khaimah, Umm Al Quwain)

Delivery time: 1 to 3 business days


Rest of GCC (Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Oman, Bahrain)

Delivery time: 2 - 4 business days


Rest of the world: Approximately 10 business days


  • If order is done on a weekend (Friday and Saturday), or after our UAE working hours, or UAE public holidays, please allow for extra business days for order processing, shipping and delivery.

  • Multiple booking/orders/shipments may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement as charges will be per transaction.

Refund/Returns Policy

We always want to ensure customer satisfaction in every purchase. In instances when you are not fully pleased with your goods, we will happily handle your queries.

  • Returns can be done within 7 days from the date of delivery only if, wrong product or wrong size was sent by the merchant and the garments was damaged in shipping.

  • Exchange of products must prove that the item is in their original condition within the original packaging, If the returned items show signs of use, have been washed, worn, have their tags, labels removed, they will not be accepted by the courier and payment nor the exchange will be possible.

  • All returns must be returned in their original packaging, and in the condition which they were received through registered courier company at your expense.

Note: All refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment that you used to make the transaction or purchase.

Cancelation Policy

Once an order is placed, the customer will have 24 hours (1 day) to cancel the order completely at no charge.
